Refund
No. All bespoke or measurement-based outfits are non-refundable because they are made specifically to your body measurements and design preferences.
Refunds are not offered for variations caused by fabric availability or minor craftsmanship differences. However, we will always notify you of any major changes before production.
If adjustments are needed, we provide guidance on how to correct the fit.
Repairs due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun. Refunds are not issued once materials have been cut or work has started.
Refunds are not offered except in rare cases where Styled by Cruz made an error. Exchanges may be allowed if the item is unworn and returned within 48 hours.
Delivery
Delivery begins after production is completed.
Timelines vary by location, typically ranging from 1–5 days within Nigeria.
Shipping fees vary. Example:
Lagos — ₦3,000
Ibadan — ₦3,000
Abuja — ₦5,000

Yes. All deliveries are handled through trusted couriers who deliver directly to the customer’s address.
Yes. Once shipped, you will receive the courier details or tracking information (where applicable).
Styled by Cruz is not responsible for courier delays; however, we will assist in following up with the delivery partner.
Shipping & Returns
No. Bespoke and made-to-measure orders cannot be returned.
Yes, if the item is unworn, in perfect condition, and returned within 48 hours.
Exchange depends on availability of the requested size.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless Styled by Cruz made an error.
If the damage occurred before shipping, we will replace or repair it.
Damage caused during courier transit should be reported immediately for investigation.
