After placing your order, our team will contact you to confirm measurements, design preferences, fabric choice, and any customization details. Incorrect measurements provided by the customer may affect the final fit.

Production begins only after all details are confirmed.
Standard production timeline: 7–10 working days.
Please note that production time may vary depending on the complexity of the design or peak seasons.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Completion

Full payment is required before production begins. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

We accept bank transfers and other official payment methods provided on our website or communication platforms.

All prices listed are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Prices may be updated without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Delivery Locations & Fees

Styled By Cruz is not responsible for courier delays or issues once an item has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

5.1 Bespoke Orders

All custom-made or measurement-based pieces are non-refundable and non-returnable, as they are tailored specifically for each individual.

5.2 Fit Adjustments

If your outfit requires minor adjustments, we will guide you on how to get it corrected. Adjustments due to incorrect customer-provided measurements are the customer’s responsibility.

5.3 Ready-to-Wear Items

Exchange may be allowed only if:

• The item is unworn
• The item is returned within 48 hours
• The size requested is available

Refunds are not offered for ready-to-wear items unless an error is made by Styled By Cruz.

6. Design & Product Variation

6.1 Handmade Craftsmanship

All our pieces are handcrafted. Slight variations in patterns, stitching, or detailing may occur and should not be considered defects.

• Delayed deliveries caused by couriers
• Color variances due to lighting or screen display
• Damages resulting from improper care of the garments
